Our Initiatives
Winter Night Shelter
குளிர்கால இரவு தங்குமிடம்
MKMM Committee, Trustees, and Volunteers came together to support the Winter Night Shelter at the Ridgeway Centre. Our team prepared and served Indian food to those in need, spreading warmth and kindness during the cold months. A huge thank you to MKUnity for organizing this meaningful initiative.
Macmillan Cancer 5K Walk-Run
மக்மில்லன் புற்றுநோய் 5கி நடை-ஓட்டம்
MKMM organised a community 5K Run/Walk event supporting Macmillan Cancer Charity with overwhelming community participation. Families and children joined together, raising £420 for the charity.
MK Food Bank Donation

Supported MK Foodbank with generous food donations from community members during the economic crisis. We are extremely grateful to the MKMM community for their humongous support.
Community Spring Clean-Up

Kids and adults showed extraordinary support in picking up litter around the streets of Crownhill, Milton Keynes. A wonderful community effort to keep our neighborhood clean.
Turkey & Syria Earthquake Relief

MKMM took the initiative to collect funds to help the victims of the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria. Our community came together in solidarity.
Tamil Nadu CM Covid Relief Fund

During the challenging times of COVID-19, MKMM helped fundraise an amount of over £1,000 for the state of Tamil Nadu in India to support healthcare efforts.
Tamil Books for MK Central Library
எம்கே மத்திய நூலகத்திற்கு தமிழ் புத்தகங்கள்
MKMM gifted around 100 Tamil books to the Milton Keynes Central Library. It was the first time ever an Indian regional language book collection was added to the MK Library. The library was so pleased they offered our community the option to select more books from other publishers.
